Anthology of alpine flower honeys

Our alpine flower honey is produced in the Maira Valley, a beautiful, still wild and unspoiled valley that climbs from the Cuneo plain to the French border. Here in the month of June, when the meadows are covered with colorful, fragrant flowers (yarrow, rhododendron, bellflower, thyme serpyllum), the bees harvest a honey with unique qualities. Beige to amber in color, mountain honey crystallizes rather slowly, taking on a very palatable texture. Its floral and slightly aromatic note makes it one of the most appreciated and versatile honeys.
